Made for speed: The SH-GF800 flat pedal shoes from SHIMANO are high-end tools for high-speed riders. Above all, the FORCE CONTROL reinforcement in the sole provides a little more stiffness. These cycling shoes give you a direct feel for the pedals and more stability, especially on long descents. For optimal bike control, the GF8 shoes are equipped with the tried-and-tested TORBAL 2.0 torsion midsole.  And the closure is fast, too: With the L6 BOA dial, you can adjust the flat pedal shoes precisely in no time at all.

Highlights & Technologies:

BOA L6:
The closure system consists of dials and textile wires that allow for precise adjustments. This combination allows cyclists to even adjust the shoes while riding. As there are no Velcro straps, the front part of the shoe is well-ventilated. The shoes can be closed by pushing and turning the dials in the direction of travel. The laces loosen by pulling the dial.

TORBAL 2.0:
The TORBAL system improves balance and control. Being integrated into the midsole, it allows for some lateral movement. The highlight of TORBAL 2.0: In the second version, the torsional, flexible material extends over the entire midsole and thus offers even better bike control. The rider's natural movement remains unrestricted, while stability is improved.

ULTREAD GF:
This extremely slip-resistant rubber sole with durable medium tread gives you a secure grip during jumps and on walking sections. The hexagonal block pattern improves stability when catching the pedal pins, while the extra grip ensures better traction when walking.

FORCE CONTROL:
This sole improves balance and control. Being integrated into the midsole, it allows for a comfortable level of lateral movement. In the second version, the torsional material extends over the entire midsole and thus offers good bike control. What’s more, the material offers an aggressive, downhill-capable stiffness for more stability.
