Place your foot in the centre of a piece of paper. Use a pencil to mark the maximum points of your foot as vertically as possible, i.e. your heel, your toe and the ball of your foot on the left and right.
Tip: For easier measurements, place your heel flush against a wall or similar.
Now you can use a ruler or folding ruler to measure the length and width of your foot and compare it to the size chart. If you are between two sizes, please choose the larger size.
Some manufacturers offer measurements of the circumference of the forefoot in addition to the length and width of the foot in their size chart. To determine this measurement, wrap a tape measure tightly around your instep.
