With the Force AXS XPLR 1x12 electronic groupset, you are ideally equipped for long gravel tours with changing terrain and plenty of elevation gain. Look forward to fast, always precise gear changes with just one touch. Intuitive and optimised for gravel use. You can simply remove the battery from the rear derailleur to charge it.

Lightweight performance meets aerodynamics and comfort

The ROSE GC40 Disc Carbon Gravel wheels with 24 mm inner rim width and 37 mm rim height are made for top speeds on demanding terrain. The high-quality carbon wheelset with a weight of only 1500 g is aerodynamic and comfortable at the same time – without compromising on stiffness. The 40 mm wide Continental Terra Speed tyres also ensure top speed on any surface.

Maximum control and effective shock absorption

The ROSE Carbon One-Piece Endurance cockpit stands out for comfort and stability. With its ergonomically curved shape from a single mould, it allows you an agile, controlled riding style and numerous grip positions. The carbon stem dampens vibrations and offers increased flex at the handlebar ends. The design also emphasises the long-distance character and fits seamlessly into the overall concept.

With the Backroad Force AXS XPLR, gravel feels like asphalt under your tyres. If you love speed and are looking for off-road adventure, you've come to the right place.

The fully electronic SRAM Force AXS XPLR groupset, which stands for lightning-fast, crisp and intuitive shifting at the touch of a button, provides the drive. The ROSE GC-Forty carbon wheels are a perfect match – with a 24 mm inner rim width specially designed for gravel use and fitted with fast 40 mm tyres from Conti.

The Endurance One-Piece cockpit made of carbon is also a highlight, and not just for the eyes, as it absorbs micro-vibrations on fast gravel tracks and thus prevents arm fatigue. The end result is a feather-light 8.2 kg and an overall concept that would make even some road cyclists envious.
More long distance | Endurance

Flex is fun: The deep cut-out in the seat tube provides a massive increase in comfort, while the balanced frame geometry offers perfect handling on the road, gravel and technical terrain. Only a dry throat can stop you.


More off-road | Action

The frame and fork allow for a tyre width of up to 45 mm with 700c and up to 47 mm with 650b wheels. For rougher road conditions, perfectly adapted protectors at the down tube and chainstays protect the paint.

Category 2

This category applies to bicycles and e-bikes* that meet the conditions of category 1 and are ridden on normal roads as well as in category 2 on unpaved roads and gravel paths with moderate inclines and descents. The tyres are in constant contact with the ground at average speed and they are only occasionally ridden over steps and drops of less than 15 cm. These conditions can lead to contact with uneven terrain and the tyre repeatedly losing contact with the ground. The intended use is, for example, recreational riding. You don’t require any special riding skills.
