I. Information on returning old batteries - BattDG
In connection with the distribution of batteries and battery packs, we as a distributor are obliged under the Battery Law Implementation Act (BattDG) to inform you as our customer about the following: You are legally obliged to return batteries. You can return them after use in one of our stores, at a local collection point or in a local store. Batteries containing harmful substances are labelled with the symbol of a crossed out, wheeled bin as well as with the chemical symbol (Cd, Hg or Pb) that represents the decisive factor for the classification as a heavy metal containing hazardous substances. Used batteries can be handed over to:
ROSE Bikes GmbH
– Logistics Centre –
Isselburger Str. 17
46395 Bocholt
Germany
The possibility to return batteries is limited to those types of batteries we have or have had in our range as well as to the quantity end consumers usually dispose.
The crossed-out symbol (dustbin) means that you must not dispose of batteries and rechargeable batteries in household waste. Batteries contain harmful substances and can cause environmental and health risks if disposed of improperly.
II. Information on returning waste electrical and electronic equipment
