Shimano’s GRX RX600 gravel groupset is their solution for discovering new, challenging gravel adventures, thanks to its high-quality technologies. This gravel bike is equipped with a 2-speed drive system consisting of an 11-34 cassette and a 46/30 chainring. So you can enjoy 2x11 gears – perfect for endurance-oriented tours.

With the Backroad AL GRX RX600 EQ, you can master rough terrains, such as gravel or dirt roads. The bike is also great at higher speeds on asphalt.
Equipped with the high-quality SHIMANO GRX RX600 gravel shift group and 2-speed drivetrain, this bike is ideal for versatile gravel tours that require smaller gear jumps and a wider range. Thanks to its wide, versatile ROSE G THIRTY gravel wheels, wrapped in Continental all-road tyres and with a traditional road handlebar, the Backroad AL EQ can certainly eat miles – whether during commutes or little gravel adventures at the weekend.

Category 2

This category applies to bicycles and e-bikes* that meet the conditions of category 1 and are ridden on normal roads as well as in category 2 on unpaved roads and gravel paths with moderate inclines and descents. The tyres are in constant contact with the ground at average speed and they are only occasionally ridden over steps and drops of less than 15 cm. These conditions can lead to contact with uneven terrain and the tyre repeatedly losing contact with the ground. The intended use is, for example, recreational riding. You don’t require any special riding skills.
