Intuitive and powerful groupset for having fun

The new SRAM Apex XPLR 1x12: Enjoy the elegant simplicity of a single-speed drivetrain and benefit from maximum gear ratio range at the same time. The progressive sprocket gradation ensures that the jumps between the sprockets are as small as possible. The gear levers are wide enough so you can ride long distances comfortably. The double-tap shifting logic ensures relaxed shifting so that you can concentrate fully on the fun of gravel riding.

Wide wheels and gravel tyres

This bike has robust, lightweight ROSE G25 gravel wheels, equipped with high-quality Newman hubs and lightweight, stable Sapim spokes. With their wider inner rim width of 25 mm, they increase the contact area of the Continental gravel tyre and thus provide more grip on rough terrain. Its fast tread pattern turns the Terra Speed tyre into a smooth-running specialist for gravel and asphalt roads.

Category 2

This category applies to bicycles and e-bikes* that meet the conditions of category 1 and are ridden on normal roads as well as in category 2 on unpaved roads and gravel paths with moderate inclines and descents. The tyres are in constant contact with the ground at average speed and they are only occasionally ridden over steps and drops of less than 15 cm. These conditions can lead to contact with uneven terrain and the tyre repeatedly losing contact with the ground. The intended use is, for example, recreational riding. You don’t require any special riding skills.
