You can purchase and redeem our gift vouchers in our online shop as well as any of our stores. The gift voucher is available starting from €10 and up to €1500.

How do I redeem a gift voucher in the online shop?

Enter your voucher code in the “Enter Promo Code” box displayed in your shopping cart. If all conditions are met, the amount will be automatically deducted from the order total.

Why was my voucher code not accepted?

• Please check whether you have entered all letters and numbers correctly and make sure there is no space at the end or beginning of the code.
• Make sure you’ve reached the minimum order value required.
• Check whether your voucher code has already been used in a previous order.

If your code is still not working, please contact our customer service.

Can I also redeem the voucher in the store (DE)

That’s of course also possible. Simply present your voucher at the checkout and we will apply it to your purchase.

Will the voucher be sent to me by post or by e-mail?

• By default, we send vouchers by e-mail.
• You can print out the PDF at home and give it as a gift.
• If you would prefer to receive a PDF printout by post, please leave us a note in the comments field when completing your order.
• In our stores, you will receive a high-quality voucher card instead.
