VAUDE TRAILSADDLE L Frame Bag

Adventure made easy: With the TRAILSADDLE L saddle bag from VAUDE's bikepacking series, you're ready for your next big trip. 
Thanks to its TPU coating, the material of the bag not only protects your luggage from wind and weather, it is also produced more sustainably by using recycled polyamide. Thanks to this combination of materials and waterproof roll-top closure, your equipment will reach its destination dry! To ensure that it stays on your saddle until the end, you attach the saddle bag to your bike at two points: once to your saddle rails using the KLICKfix Contour saddle adapter and once to the seat post with a wide Velcro fastener. Once the adapter is fixed in place, all you have to do is clip the bag into place and off you go!

Highlights & Technologies:

RECYCLED PA:
For this product, VAUDE uses some robust, lightweight and fast-drying polyamide yarn. These are surplus materials and leftovers from textile production, which are collected, cleaned, processed and turned into yarn.

PVC FREE:
This VAUDE seal means that this product is made entirely without PVC (polyvinylchloride). Looks like tarpaulin and is just as durable and waterproof, yet consists of polyurethane coated textile fabric instead of PVC. PVC often contains plasticizers (phthalates) that are suspected of having negative health impacts.

GREEN SHAPE:
Products with VAUDE's own label fulfil various manufacturer-specific requirements with regard to environmental and social factors, including, for example, material-efficient design, durability, recyclability and reparability. VAUDE checks the entire product life cycle when awarding this label. According to the manufacturer, all VAUDE articles with this label are PFC-free, are largely made from recycled or bio-based materials and also bear the GREEN BUTTON seal.

GRÜNER KNOPF (“GREEN BUTTON”):
The German textile seal GRÜNER KNOPF (“Green Button”) identifies textiles that meet high social and environmental standards. This seal also verifies corporate due diligence with regard to defined human rights and ecological criteria. The basis of the verification of theses standards is partly carried out via third-party, independent meta-labels. The publisher of the GREEN BUTTON seal is the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).
