The solidly built, seamless, lightweight tube Tubo-MTB-29 by Tubolito significantly reduces the weight and space required in your bicycle bags – because every gram counts when struggling to get up the hill on your MTB. With weight savings up to 65% compared to a standard tube, the Tubo offers entirely new weight tuning possibilities – for both top athletes and ambitious leisure mountain bikers. This reduces the rotating mass on your bike by up to 100 grams – per wheel! This helps enhance acceleration and improve performance without compromising comfort.
Even for tubeless system sceptics, the Tubos are a reliable choice for weight reduction and improved grip, not least because the smooth polymer tube also offers good performance under low air pressure. The hard-wearing, impact-resistant, thermoplastic material was tested to be twice as puncture-resistant as the butyl equivalent. However, even if a mishap happens, you can get the orange tube ready for the road again quickly by using the Tubo-Patch repair kit (product code: 2311781).
