This tool allows you to properly install star nuts of threadless headsets. It's important to drive the star nut into the steerer straight and to the correct depth (which is ensured by the edge), so that the headset can be precisely adjusted afterwards.

Funktioniert gut, man muss aber darauf achte die Kralle nicht zu tief ein zu schlagen.

Schlägt die Kralle viel zu tief rein, ca. 6 cm, da kommt die Schraube gar nicht mehr ran. Sitz auch wackelig auf dem Gabelschaft, so das die Kralle leicht schief reingeht und man Probleme am Aheaddeckel bekommt. Nicht gut.

Totaler misst das Teil! beim ersten mal dachte ich okay kann passieren das die kralle mal schief reingeht aber nach den 3. mal, kann ich sagen, keine Kaufempfehlung!

Optisch sieht super aus. Habe dann nach Anweisung genutzt und die Kralle kam schief rein. Leider habe ich das erst gemerkt, als die Kralle schon gewünschte Tiefe erreicht hat. Die Kappe steht nun ca. 5 mm. aus der Mitte raus. Nun weiß ich nicht, die ich dies in Ordnung bringen kann. Ich denke , dass da nur ein Stück Schaft abschneiden hilft und die kralle mit einem richtigen Werkzeug in Ordnung bringen. Dann wäre die Schaft zu kurz. Oder halt einen Fahrradwerkstatt aufsuchen.
