AERON/TPU Road ExtraLite Protect TPU Inner Tube 700C/28–32 mm

AERON TPU tubes are an ideal upgrade for performance-oriented road cyclists who want a more lightweight, space-saving and fast-rolling alternative to classic butyl or latex tubes on their bikes with disc brakes.

In the ExtraLite Protect version, this inner tube offers a good balance between weight, rolling resistance and puncture protection – a real all-rounder! The capacity to hold air of TPU is roughly the same as that of butyl. However, AERON tubes are considerably lighter and also have a noticeably smaller pack size.

Due to these benefits, they are ideal for performance-orientated cyclists and hunters of marginal gains, but also for anyone else who wants to take advantage of this high-end inner tube.

Tip:

Note:
AERON TPU tubes may only be inflated carefully outside the casing until they are wrinkle-free and have a round shape. The air pressure must not exceed 0.3 bar.

Please note:
This inner tube is only suitable for bikes with disc brakes and must not be used on bikes with rim brakes.
