The THULE CHARIOT axle mount ezHitch is the proper spare part for solid and quick release axles to hold the elastomer hitch ball. To move your CHARIOT from one bike to another bike with a solid axle, you need a proper hub hitch adapter. For the installation on hollow axles or quick release skewers you should only use the original Chariot axle adapter with quick release. Only then a secure connection can be guaranteed.

Note:
• For the installation on solid axles you’ll need the THULE adapter (product code: 2049605)
• When used with hollow axles (QR), the axle mount barely serves as a spare part. To use your CHARIOT trailer on a second bike, you’ll additionally need the complete axle adapter incl. quick release (product code: 2049599).
