SQlab 614 ERGOWAVE active 2.1 Gravel Saddle

With the 614 ERGOWAVE active 2.1, SQlab has combined the advantages of its road and MTB saddles to create the ideal saddle for gravel bikes: A waisted design offers maximum legroom on off-road rides. Moreover, the saddle comes with the same padding as the 611 ERGOWAVE model for maximised cushioning and comfort on rough off-road routes.

What’s more, the 614 has the wave-shaped ERGOWAVE contour, which corresponds to the natural shape of the sit bones and pelvis and is designed to effectively relieve the perineal and pubic bone area – for both men and women. This can counteract feelings of numbness and noticeably improve riding comfort. In addition, the raised rear of the saddle puts you in a defined riding position. It gives you more support and prevents unwanted slipping, which is an advantage especially on uphill sections.

And of course, the 614 ERGOWAVE is also equipped with the sensitive active technology Sport. It allows the pelvis to move sideways during the ride, which can reduce the strain on the lower spine, pelvis and hips. In this way, the intervertebral discs and facet joints are relieved, too.

active Technology:
The active saddle technology allows the saddle to tilt and move easily as soon as the rider shifts their weight. This movement can reduce pressure on sensitive areas, increase stability and promote a natural, ergonomic sitting posture.
Different elastomers in various degrees of hardness allow customisation to the individual rider's weight.
