With the Index™ S2 Smart Scale from GARMIN you always have a great overview of your training successes. It helps you consistently work on your goals and better analyse the effects of your training with precise measurements for your weight, body fat percentage, body mass index, skeleton muscle mass, and more.

The high-definition, colour LCD display shows your weight trend of the past 30 days in a helpful chart, to keep you highly motivated. All the data can be automatically synchronised over WIFI with the free GARMIN Connect™ app. So you always have your bundle of data available and can view additional infographics and trend diagrams in the app. Combined with the training wellness data from other GARMIN products, such as smartwatches or heart rate monitors, you have a much more complete picture of your fitness level. And since the Index™ S2 can support and recognize up to 16 users when they get on the scale, the whole family can work together to reach their goals.

WEIGHT: Displays your weight in pounds, kilograms or stones and pounds. You can also see the difference to the last measured weight.
WEIGHT TREND: A graphic shows how your weight has changed over the last 30 days. Longer trends can be found in the GARMIN Connect™ app.
BODY MASS INDEX (BMI): See your weight in relation to your size to see whether you’re in a healthy range.
BODY FAT PERCENTAGE: A healthy body requires some body fat. Find out what percent of your body mass is made out of essential and stored fat.
SKELETAL MUSCLE MASS: Find out how much skeletal muscle mass you have and keep track of how much you’ve built up.
BONE MASS: See how much of your weight consists of bone mass.
BODY WATER PERCENTAGE: Find out what percent of your weight consists of fluids. This value can tell you how hydrated you are.
