CHIBA ALASKA PRO Winter Cycling Gloves

The ALASKA PRO winter gloves from CHIBA's X-WARM LINE offer you excellent insulation on cold winter days thanks to the windproof SOFTSHELL material, the waterproof EUROTEX membrane and the PRIMALOFT CROSS CORE padding. The highlight: The clever lobster design with separate trigger finger division offers you the optimum combination of the warmth of mittens and the flexibility of classic gloves. The Tough-Gripp with additional silicone print is responsible for the excellent grip, while the TOUCH function enables good operability of touchscreens. And when it gets really cold, you can optionally put a heating pad into the pocket on the back of the hand and enjoy hours of warmth on your hands.

Highlights & Technologies:

X-WARM LINE:
Gloves from this CHIBA collection are made for particularly cold days. With warming insulation, breathable materials, an ergonomic cut and good protection against moisture, they are the ideal companion on winter bike tours and training sessions. The comfortable gloves in this category are easy to recognise in the shop thanks to the red marking with the X-WARM LINE lettering on the label.

SOFTSHELL:
Warm, multi-layered, windproof and breathable material with a fluffy, warm inside.

EUROTEX:
Windproof, waterproof and absolutely breathable – this membrane offers particularly good weather protection during sports. 10,000 mm waterproof rating, 10,000 g/24h/m² breathability

PRIMALOFT CROSS CORE:
The CROSS CORE Series by PRIMALOFT is the first to use silica aerogels. These were originally developed by NASA for use in aerospace. These are highly porous structures with very low density that offers high thermal insulation. Aerogels consist are comprised of 95% air and belong to the lightest solid materials in the world. The developers of PRIMALOFT have managed to combine aerogel with PRIMALOFT GOLD insulation fibres in a unique way.
The CROSS CORE insulation keeps you up to 50% warmer than classic PRIMALOFT GOLD at the same weight.

TOUCH:
The special material on the finger makes it possible to operate smartphones even when wearing gloves.

PULLER:
Slip into the gloves quickly and easily – thanks to the integrated pull tabs.

Note:
The reflective design elements attached to the clothing as decoration do not represent a personal protective equipment as mentioned in EU regulation 2016/425. Thus, they are also not covered by the provisions of the regulation.
