The Elegance Bicycle Shopper pannier bag by BASIL is made from recycled polyester from PET bottles, making it a good choice for almost all occasions in everyday life. Take your stylish pannier to work, do your daily shopping or pack away everything you need for your bike tour across the country. Padded straps make it comfortable to carry and the water-repellent folding top protects the contents from rain. The universal hook-on system clips in on the rear rack quickly and disappears behind a zipped flap when you’re off the bike. HOOK ON-SYSTEM:
The Hook On-System allows for easy and secure installation on up to 16mm Ø rear racks and is even compatible with many rear racks of electric bikes. The hooks can be adjusted in six positions and are replaceable.
