Barbieri Piuma NXT Ultralight TPU MTB Inner Tube 27.5"/29", 45 mm

The Barbieri Piuma NXT Ultralight TPU inner tube is based on the tried-and-tested NXT series.
However, "Piuma", the Italian word for spring, already hints at the concept of the inner tube: consistent lightweight construction.

Compared to the NXT, it is said to be up to around 40 % lighter and even offer weight savings of up to 70 % compared to conventional butyl hoses. The thermoplastic material offers less weight, greater puncture resistance and better rolling behaviour than butyl.

In this mountain bike version, the inner tube is designed for off-road use and is intended for use with tyre widths of up to 2.6" (65 mm).
