Can I purchase gift vouchers in ROSE stores?

You can purchase and redeem our gift vouchers in our online shop as well as any of our stores. The gift voucher is available starting from €10 and up to €1500.

What are my payment options in the stores?

You can pay at our stores using a variety of methods. We accept the following payment methods: cash, debit (EC) and credit cards (Mastercard & Visa), gift vouchers, financing through easyCredit (Bocholt), Google Pay & Apple Pay. 



Can I reserve an item in the store?

Yes, you are welcome to reserve an item with us at one of the stores.



What is your exchange policy?

All ROSE customers can take advantage of our 30 day return policy, giving you up to 4 weeks after receiving your order to return purchased items. You also have the right to an exchange in our ROSE stores. For this you need to have the original store receipt and the item must not have been worn or damaged. You can exchange normal as well as reduced items, with the exception of personal protective equipment such as helmets, body armour, glasses, etc. For further questions regarding exchanges in our stores, please contact our customer service team



How can I apply for a job in a ROSE store?

Why can’t I find the same products and brands in every ROSE Store?

The brands and items we offer depend on the sales space of each of our stores. So it is possible that some stores may have a specific item available which is not available in another store. You can use our online shop to purchase a large portion of our product range or check the availability of specific items in a store near you. You can see whether an item is available using the red or green circle (red means not in stock, green is in stock) on the product page. Please pay attention to the size and colour you select.

Why can’t I find the same products in the stores as in the online shop?

Our online shop includes some 50,000 products with a variety of models, sizes and colours. One store alone can’t offer such a large number of items, so we have put together a great selection for our stores. You are welcome to check out our full range of products in our online shop.
